On December 5, the 2025 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Public Cultural and Tourism Products (Dongguan) Procurement Conference officially commenced at the Dongguan Cultural Center.
Running from December 5 to 7, this year's conference focuses on the theme of "Starting from the Aesthetics of Manufacturing." It features four main segments: the Aesthetic Showcase, Gathering of Ideas, Art & Imagination Theater, and Echoes of Communication. Over 250 exhibitors will participate, and more than 30 cultural and tourism events will be organized, showcasing new momentum, scenes, and ecosystems in public cultural services.
At the opening ceremony, Luo Yunchuan, Deputy Director of the National Center for Public Cultural and Tourism Development, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, stated that the GBA Cultural Procurement Conference effectively stimulates public participation in cultural services, optimizes the allocation of cultural resources, and enriches the supply of public cultural products.
Since its inception in 2018, the GBA Cultural Procurement Conference has become an important branding event for promoting public cultural services in Guangdong Province. To date, it has attracted nearly 2,700 high-quality enterprises and institutions, resulting in cooperative intent totaling 260 million yuan. The conference has built a comprehensive platform that integrates supply-demand matching, result showcases, industry exchanges, and public services.
This year's conference introduces three notable innovations, including a new concept established with the "Six Aesthetic Exhibition Areas" designed around the six dimensions of manufacturing aesthetics. Additionally, the GBA Cultural Procurement Conference extends beyond the venue to reach metro stations, universities, and urban public spaces.
Currently, the GBA Cultural Procurement Conference stands as a vital platform for the efficient allocation of cultural and tourism resources within the Greater Bay Area, fostering regional cultural exchanges and becoming a prominent "Dongguan brand" among regional cultural conferences nationwide.
